ZUMBA
Fun Dance Fitness
Zumba® is a dance fitness class with it's roots in Latin rhythms such as Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia and Salsa.
It's designed to increase your activity level and improve your cardiovascular fitness whilst toning your body at the same time. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced Zumba® fans.

ZUMBA GOLD
Low impact dance fitness
Zumba® Gold is perfect for active older adults, beginners or anyone who is looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Currently available on-line only through the Zumba.com website.
What you'll need- Water and a towel.

OVER 50'S 'TIME ON'
Fitness for the Active Over 50's
The Over 50's Association of Albany run exercise classes throughout the week. This Friday morning 'Time On' class is dance based with low impact, simple to follow choreography followed by a seated light weights component catered to active older adults. Please contact myself or the Over 50's Association for more information as a membership to the association is required after a trial period.

ZUMBA® KIDS AND KIDS JNR
Fun for all ages!
Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Zumba® Kids incorporates fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. This class is perfect for vacation care programs, special events or even birthday parties. Bookings essential.
STRONG NATION
Strength and conditioning
Strong Nationâ„¢ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. The music motivates you and helps you push yourself that little bit further, giving you results faster. This HIIT style class will help you crush your fitness goals! Currently available on-line only through the Zumba.com website.
